Snooker & Pool Club Management Software
Built by a snooker club owner in Gujarat — per-frame pricing, credit ledger, split payments, tournaments, and cashbook reconciliation in one app.

Strikee started as one snooker club's internal software in 2024 and grew into a platform precisely because every owner faces the same problems. Per-table sessions billed by frame or by hour, customers running credit tabs, split payments where one player covers half on UPI and the other pays cash, a daily cashbook that has to tie out against the till — none of these are problems generic POS software is built to solve. Strikee was, end-to-end.
The session model treats each snooker or pool table as a live object. Start a session with a tap, optionally pick the pricing model (per-frame, per-hour, losers-pay) and the customer(s), and Strikee handles the timer, the cost calculation, and the receipt. When customers want to split the bill, the SQL-backed split-payment process records each payer's share with the right payment method against the same session. When a regular wants to put it on the tab, the credit ledger picks up the balance and shows it on the customer's record until settled.
Tournaments are where snooker and pool clubs separate from the pack. A Sunday tournament is the highest-margin marketing event your club can run — but only if the bracket, the prize pool, and the schedule are all under control. Strikee's tournament module gives you knockout and round-robin formats with seeding (manual, random, or by past results), match scoring with auto-advance, a public bracket page you can share on WhatsApp, and finances tracking that ties entry fees, sponsorship, and prize payouts together. Together with the daily cashbook, table-level revenue analytics, and customer credit ledger, it's the entire operations stack for a snooker or pool club — built by an owner, for owners.

How Strikee helps snooker & pool venues
Per-frame & per-hour pricing
Both pricing models supported on the same table. Switch per session — friendly games per hour, competitive frames per frame.
Losers-pay sessions
Built-in support for the most common Indian snooker pricing convention. The loser pays the cost of the frame; Strikee tracks who lost and what's owed.
Credit ledger with limits
Customers can run a tab. Each customer has a credit limit and a running balance. Settlements are recorded with payment method and timestamp.
Split payments
One session, multiple payers, multiple payment methods. The split_payment process records each share against the right customer and payment method.
Tournament brackets with seeding
Knockout and round-robin with manual, random, or results-based seeding. Public bracket pages, match scoring with auto-advance, finances tracking.
Table-level revenue analytics
Per-table revenue and utilisation. Spot the dead table that's costing you rent and the high-margin table that pays for the others.
Daily cashbook reconciliation
All sessions, credits, item sales, and tournament fees flow into one cashbook. End-of-day close shows cash, UPI, card, and credit totals.
